Workshop day
Five workshops on 14 April, from repair studies to teaching interaction, each capped at twenty-four places.
International Conference on Human-Centred Computing 2027
ICHC has met every year since 2016. It stays single-track and deliberately small: around forty papers are accepted, every author presents to the whole room, and the discussion carries from the auditorium into the arcade. The 2027 edition is hosted by the Department of Informatics and Media at Uppsala University.
Single track. No parallel sessions. Everyone hears every paper.
Open proceedings. Every accepted paper is free to read on the day it is presented.

Five workshops on 14 April, from repair studies to teaching interaction, each capped at twenty-four places.
Three plenary sessions across two days. Forty papers, no parallel tracks, one room.
Twenty-eight posters in the arcade and a studio afternoon of demonstrated artefacts.
The single track is the whole point. I sat through four papers I would never have chosen from a programme and two of them changed how my group works.
